APPCRASH: Nachdem das Nvidia Zeichen erscheint, wird das Spiel abstürzen. Helfen kann da das AMD Catalyst Control Center.
-> Spiele
-> 3D-Anwendungseinstellungen
Nun + HINZUFÜGEN anklicken und im Verzeichnis (Ordner bin) die .exe raussuchen.
In den Einstellungen ANTI-ALIASING den Filter auf EDGE DETECT umstellen. Bei mir hat es mit 12x geklappt.
Danach ANTI-ALIASING-METHODE auf MULTI-SAMPLING stellen und zu allerletzt in FRAMERATE-STEUERUNG die OPENGL-DREIFACHPUFFERUNG auf EIN stellen.
Nun sollte der Appcrash nicht mehr erscheinen!

BLACKSCREEN: Sobald das Titelbild kommt, werdet ihr ins Hauptmenü kommen. Nun werdet ihr kein Bild aber Sound haben. Dazu müsst ihr euren GraKa Treiber aktualisieren. Nicht wie gewohnt über den Geräte Manager etc. aktualisieren, sondern Manuell über http://support.amd.com/de-de/download.

APPCRASH & BLACKSCREEN: Einfach beide Schritte ausführen, sicher ist sicher :)

Eventuell noch im Unterordner _CommonRedist das DirectX installieren.

Nun das Spiel über Steam oder im Verzeichnis (Ordner bin) über die .exe als Admin starten und die Welt der Schmerzen und Frusttration kann losgehen

Hoffe ich konnte den einen oder anderen AMD User damit helfen.
Mich hat es auf jeden Fall Wahnsinnig gemacht

Können Sie die "Catalyst Control Center" Teil auf Englisch übersetzen?

APPCRASH: After the Nvidia sign appears, will crash the game. Now can help the AMD Catalyst Control Center.
-> Games
-> 3D Application Settings
Now click + ADD and (bin folder) in the directory and search the LotF.exe.
In the settings ANTI-ALIASING change the filter on EDGE DETECT. For me it has worked with 12x.
Then ANTI-ALIASING METHOD put on MULTI-SAMPLING and last of all in the FRAME RATE CONTROL the OPENGL triple buffering set to ON.
Now the Appcrash should no longer appear!

BLACK SCREEN: Once the title picture, ye will come to the main menu. Now you will not have a picture but have sound. These need to update your Video Card Driver. Not as usual update the device manager, etc., but with manual override http://support.amd.com/de-de/download.

APPCRASH & BLACK SCREEN: Simply perform both steps, better safe than sorry :)

Possibly in the subfolder _CommonRedist install the DirectX.

Now the game via Steam or the directory (folder bin) start on the LotF.exe as admin and the world of pain and Frusttration you go
