Luck stat for evasion?
So I was playing with my cleric (Shelter OP) and for the first time I noticed that sometimes enemies outright miss me even though their weapons go right through me. Attacks that I have eaten as warrior and rogue.
Since it happens without any buffs and rather frequently, I was wondering if this is some kind of bug or what else causes that.

The only real difference from my other playthroughs (apart from facetanking because LOLSHELTER) is that I actually invested 5 points into Luck in hopes of getting a few more Attribute Point Shards in NG+.

Has anyone had any experiences with this? It's hard to find any info on LotF sadly. :(

True on the info challenge. I was wondering if you were using a full-set at the time and which one?
I was wondering about luck being involved in combat too.

I am pretty much using the same mixed set since the end of NG (currently at Annihilator in NG+), which is the Blessing head piece with a Flawless Power Rune, Effect Chest and Gloves with Flawless Power and Luck Rune respectively and Demon Assassin Boots (recently switched to Lords with Flawless Luck Rune).

I am now at 10 Luck and it feels like I'm evading every 2nd or 3rd strike from enemies. Now I'm wondering if maybe the Luck Runes on the armor don't just give more equip load but also evasion chance.

Anyway, still wanting more input.

Okay, so I did some testing because it was really bugging me out. Turns out, with my Cleric (NG++, 15 Luck) and Rogue (NG+, 3 Luck) I can pretty much just stand around and sword attacks from the tanky enemies with tower shields and the huge heavy armor guys always miss me.

I then used the Hero Shard to reallocate my points and gave my Rogue 0 Luck. I was still pretty much untouchable while standing around or moving back and forth.

Oddly enough I then tried my Warrior (NG+, 3 Luck) because I remember eating every hit ever with him. Turned out my Warrior DID eat every single hit. The exact same ones my other two chars were not getting hit by he was getting hit by consistently. (Un)equipping shield (since a shield makes you susceptible to being hit mid-dodgeroll on the back) and switching from heavy to medium armor didn't change anything.
Swapping my Rogue's armor to all heavy and being overburdened didn't change anything in terms of not getting hit either.

I'm starting to think that either my 2 chars are bugged or that Rogues/Clerics have some kind of inherent chance to evade or something? It's pretty inconsistent. I made some recordings with Fraps and I will upload them tomorrow if I can.

Well, I tired doing a quick, dirty edit of the clips and my video software ended up crashing all the time and some were actually deleted.

What I posted before remained true until the end of NG++ for me. I was able to automatically evade the majority of the strikes from certain enemies and even bosses, and I have no idea what caused it.
So I think it's either Luck with Clerics and Rogues getting some innate bonus, or something related to the kill streak (though I had it on 2 for all of them most of the time) or they were simply buggy.
