How to find the Annihilator?

I killed the Guardian, then followed Yetka, then pulled the lever near Southern Ancient Trap, returned to the arena, went through previously sealed door, met Yetka again, unlocked the shortcut to the Southern Edge.

I do see the big chained Rhogar and the lever next to him, but unable to reach either. Where should I go?

If you followed Yetka ♥♥♥♥ I did thinking you could circumvent Guardian, think again. After you've done everything there and pulled a lever, you need to backtrack to Eternal Flame(the place where Guardian is) and I'm certain you'll find a door that leads to the other lever(opposite the chasm where you pulled the first one in the Southern Ancient Trap). There will be a Tyrant and a Ghost there. Pull the lever andgo down to the anvil demon. The last lever that you need to pull is in fornt of it.

After you've done all of that, backtrack to Southern Ancient Trap and just by the Fire Breathing gnarly / rooty looking demon is the passage to Annihilator. In case you forgot where the actual Annihilator is.

(I know how you feel, the place's a maze where you can get REALLY LOST. I guess they either really outdid themselves and pulled a real Chamber of Lies or...they failed completely in the level design dept /shrug)

edit: First, have you defeated the Tyrant and the floaty Lich(it reappears) where you meet Yetka by the wall?

I have found the second lever and reached the chained Rhogar. Heading to Annihilator's arena now.
