What are the items defined as 'Christmas items'?

I want to attempt getting the achievements 'Christmas Crisis Correctet' and 'Sanitized Earth', but don't know what exactly is meant by 'Christmas items'. Like, would the Eggnog count as a Christmas item? Do Santa's letters count? ...
Just want some clarification before waisting half an hour on cleaning just to then find out that I shouldn't have burned Santa's shotgun.

Presents,Christmas Tree,Decorations,all of those sort of things

For Christmas Crisis Corrected you need to protect candy canes, ornaments, toys, presents, candles and Santa hats- basically only clean what you have to (like blood, bodies, explosive or incendiary devices, letters, bottles and shotgun shells) and you should be fine. For Sanitized Earth you need to burn (or destroy) anything you can pick up with your hands. Every little thing. Even the ornaments at the tippy top of the ceiling.

Just uploaded a video where i get "Christmas Crisis Corrected". Eggnog and santas letters are trash items and should be burnt. Hats, baubles, presents and toys (including the guns) should be kept. Baubles are by far the biggest problem as its easy to smash em.
