Money Stash Keycard Location in Preview Level 1???

I've searched every room and every goons body but I can't find this.

Is it not available in the prologue or am I missing something?

There is none afaik.
When it comes to the room in the lower-right part of the map- you can just crawl into it through a vent tunnel.
Room next to the target in the upper left, as said above, just bash it ~3 times to get inside.
