What will be the GPU and CPU requirements for this game to run 1080p Ultra 60+fps?

Without RTX, I think something like this:
I5 10600k/ R7 5700X
RTX 2070/2080 / RX 6700 XT

In 1920 x 1080 resolution with frame generation, it may pull, but this is not accurate.

only very low settings with 20-30 fps, you need to upgrade

Then I throw my PC out of the window and boot my PS5 and play it max settings at 120fps 4K on my TV. ez
