the pre purchase outfits you should be able to since they do say early unlock for them the deluxe ones says 10 exclusive suits for Peter and Miles (five each) given they said exclusive im gonna assume its tied to that version also to add to this from the wording the deluxe version seems to get Additional Photo Mode items that are not with the regular version at least from what it looks like not sure if that matters to you but figured it be worth mentioning

Not sure what you find value in but if it helps I will absolutely be pre-ordering the Deluxe Edition whenever Insomniac Games and Nixxes remembers that Spider-Man 2 is dropping on PC in a few days lol

TOTALLY up to you man! personally it IS worth it to me. cause I like to have all suits like previous games.
but you can also upgrade to deluxe ANY TIME

It is not worth it, the suits are garbage. I had this on PS5. Save your money dont bother with the extra suits

only a few of the suits are but you get better for peter early. Miles best comes end game with mystrio suit. I got on ps5 and knowing what i do know i'll just get regular or mod the costumes

you get 10 more costumes. and those costumes don't look much better than the 70+ the game gives you.

absolutely not, the deluxe edition suits look so ass. The extra skill points don't matter after one playthrough, or even at all if you play enough
