Cant launch spiderman 2 after the hotfix

I could easily run the game with no problems on the day of release, i have an rtx 4060 and the game ran fine. until the new hotfix came out and completely broke my game, i cant even get past the loading screen. I tried going to modyfying the properties and it worked once but after that it just kept crashing. The error code is 0x887A002B. Ive reinstalled my drivers many times as its supposedly a "graphics card issue" but no improvement. If anyone knows how to fix this or atleast has the same problem let me know what yall did please. Thank you

Are / were you using any mods?

Was there a hotfix I missed? I thought the latest was standalone patch v1.205.0.0. I've had to update manually.

No i wasnt, i was playing the game as usual but when the new update came out it just wont launch i even reinstalled it and checked the file’s integrity

I think its an update idk, i just know that the latest version that i installed cant launch for me
