Cutscenes issues
the beginning intro cutscene always bugs out for me, if its a fresh file the school cutscene will always play after a delay and causes audio desync and then no matter why the cutscene bugs out and objects just appear and then the game freezes? is there ways to fix this?? or do i have to watch for more patches?

I have it on an SSD and I'm having similar problems to OP.
