Edit: typo
The buttons are reversed on my Switch pro controller, but is otherwise fine.
My experience matches that of the PC Gaming Wiki (https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Marvel%27s_Spider-Man_2#Input)
"Nintendo Switch Pro Controller is partially supported. Generic Controller and Nintendo Switch Controllers are also supported via Steam Input API."
The notes for this says:
"with help, accidentally found outt (sic) it has native Switch Pro Controller support, but half of the button mappings are messed up. for example: the Pause menu is assigend (sic) as Home button, while the Map action is assigned as Screenshot button"
