Mary Jane parts of the game....

Is it just me, or do others greatly dislike the MJ parts of SpiderMan 1 and now disappointed they are in SpiderMan 2.......

They were far more annoying in the first game. At least in this game you can get away with much more. The Sable training really did pay off!

I like them more than the Spider-Men parts. I will hope we get a Mary Jane game next in which Peter only have a few short appearances.

I think they're fine as long as you turn off your brain and don't attribute any logic or critical thought to it. I think the point that yanked me out of that stupor was when Kraven referred to her as more dangerous than symbiote peter.

I don't recall any of that. He did say not to underestimate her, because she was hunting them. (well, whatever hunters got in her way to finding peter)

Wayyyy less annoying in the sequel...they listened lol. I mean still would prefer not to play as her in any capacity and just watch her gameplay as a cutscene...but alas DEI/female empowerment/blah blah ect....if it has to be that way get a girl spider lady into the mix so it's fun at least.

Telling hunters they're being hunted by a woman with a taser as they're hunting an enraged monster isn't exactly the story beat they thought it was. It was pretty jarring to hear that from Kraven when he actively refers to Miles as a mere nuisance.

I want to give a negative review because of it. What dev thinks that it would be cool to play as the hero's basic axx girlfriend? And to add to each game is just uncalled for.
