How's the performance after the patch?
Thinking about buying, saw that this was having issues with performance. To those that have already bought in, has the update done much for the performance or should i hold off a little longer?

Secs:

Ryzen 9 3900x
RTX 2070 super
32GB RAM @3600mhz
Steam library installed on samsung 990 evo pro

I have the same graphic card as you, and it runs decently, but the performance starts going worse and worse the more time you play. The latest patch didn´t do anything to resolve this issue. Perhaps with 32GB of RAM runs better in your machine.

As you can see no improvement to frame rate performance what so ever. I cant believe how badly nixxes dropped the ball with this port. Its embarrassing
game runs well for me but crashes happens
about the same.
Im running a 5900X with a 4090, 4K, DLSS Quality, Frame Gen, RT settings at Max. I was getting constant crashes, the DGXI errors. Just turned off ray reconstruction and not had a single crash since in over ~3 hours.

My monitor is 120fps gsync so I have a cap of 117fps and it sits there locked. Super stable.

Not had any issues since turning off ray reconstruction.

Oh, and I also use DLSS Swapper to ensure I have the latest DLSS dll's too
You are able to run with your full pc system in your hands or on your shoulders ? impressive.

runs fine but random crashes

It only crashed once after the update.

Haven't had any issues. 1080p 100+ fps no crashes about 3 hours in

Specs:
R7 5800x
3070
32gb memory
4080 super here, now the game run super smooth
Ran fine for me on max settings 150-200 FPS@1440p. I had two crashes but after the first hotfix, the crashing was replaced by random freezes which forced me to force quit the game. After the patch though, it ran smoothly for me with zero crashes or freezes until the final Venom boss fight where the cutscenes wouldn't load properly and had very bad audio desync issues along with textures not loading in and frame drops and stutters.

PC Specs:
Ryzen 7 5800XT
RTX 4070
64 GB of RAM
1TB NVMe M.2 SSD Samsung 970 EVO Plus

Performance is definitely a lot better, not a huge performance uplift but more playable at 3440x1440. High settings, only using RT reflections, DLSS set to Quality with Frame Gen on. My average fps is around 70, can get as high as 100 outdoors. Only issue is turning on Ray Reconstruction destroys my frame rate.
