I had this too, running on AMD 7900XT. I found that after the new patch, and after upgrading to the optional driver 25.1 which does not auto-update from Adrenaline, the issues went away. The problem is 25.1 is still optional so it has to be manually downloaded and installed, the app won't do it for you yet until they officially release it.

No there's a yellow glow at the top of the eye when you have RTX enabled
