Imo absolutely worth buying. I wouldn't lie and say it was a perfect experience as I did have a couple of crashes, and there was a few times that I couldn't complete a crime activity, but there was absolutely nothing game-breaking or progress halting. (across 30 hours I had about 6 crashes total and none had me replaying missions) The story was great and around the midway point there's a whole bunch of wild ass ♥♥♥♥ that was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome that I did not see coming.
If you haven't played the first one and Miles Morales, definitely play those first, because this is a direct sequel to both of those. Once the Steam wide ban on my main account wears off on March 4th I'll be putting up a full and proper review recommending the game (normally I would just link to my review) but coming from someone who got every achievement in the first 2; yes you absolutely should play this one.
Unfortunately, it's a little too broken to recommend at the moment. Wait until it's fixed.
