Why does the CIS version of the game have a size of 110 GB, when the global version of the game has a size of 140 GB?

THe game size is 107.59 GB.....so not sure what you are basing your assumptions on.

Do you have a version of the game for the CIS region or any other?

Because the global version size includes shader cache size. After the game fully compiles DX 12 shaders, (including raytracing shaders) these shaders will take 30GBs of space inside your AMD DXVCache folder / Nvidia DXVCache folder
