Latest patch did ♥♥♥♥ all to performance so anyone hoping that the game is more optimized is going to be rightfully upset.
I7-10700k
RTX 2080
32GB RAM
SATA SSD

Everything on high, Ray Tracing off, 50-70fps while gliding through the city and 70-90 on less demanding spaces (@1080p)
4090
13900k
64gb ram
nvme ssd

4k dlss quality and frame gen. Ray tracing very high for everything except shadows and ao (turn them off, too demanding for minimal difference). Also no ray reconstruction as I heard it was causing problems. Everything else as high as it can get.
116 fps lock, no dips on a 120hz tv.
Rtx 5080
Ryzen 5900x
32gb RAM

150 fps with max settings but ray tracing shadow and ambient occlusion off
Overclocked 3070 Mobile with a 5800H and 32GB of slow 3200MHz RAM. Settings are all high with medium shadows, medium hair quality, and Medium screen space reflections. 1440P DLSS Quality and frame rates are from 50 to 80+ fps. Zen 3 mobile chips are struggling HARD with only 16mb of L3 cache. It is so stupid. I literally have to use frame gen to get a decent experience.
RX 7800 XT
Ryzen 5 7600x
32gb Corsair 6000mhz CL30

250 Frames
1440p max settings although when i try to turn on frame gen to enhance this even more I get grey boxes and what not artifacts dunno if this is my pc or not

That poor CPU is not pushing that many frames without frame generation. Even the 9800X3D can't push the game that fast WITHOUT frame generation.

Of course, I'm using frame generation. This game doesn't support multi frame gen though for some reason.
My performance has been very good, not gathered any metrics though as what really worries me is all the crashing

Ryzen 7 7700X
Radeon RX 6800
64GB RAM
100+ fps with DLSS Quality+FG @ 1440p, everything maxed but a few RT items like AO and shadows, w/ i9+4070.
10700F
4070S
32 Gb

1440p @ 180, max settings, RT off, DLSS balance, framegen on
80-200 fps (100+ in average)
RTX 4060
i7-13650HX
16GB RAM

Game ran mostly great at medium to high settings at around 80 to 100+ frames with no frame generation when i was swinging around the city pretty fast, but for some reason, venom's tendrils NUKED the performance, like he would do an attack outside and the framerate would go from 100 to 35, or when the "we're going to heal everyone" cutscene played, the framerate went from 100..........to 17, with him being a prominent thing throughout the game, the performance is all over the place.
12900k
32GB DDR5
Running on a 4TB WD Black M.2
Asus 3080ti
1440p

I haven't been looking at the fps as much because it does run smooth and fine, it's just that at any given point it could crash. So i'm hoping the patch today has at least fixed the crash to desktops.
13600KF
6400MHZ DDR5
RX 6800XT
5500mbs NVME

I play on a 1080p 240hz monitor btw, with only very high RT reflections and high raster settings with FSR3.1 AA and FG I get 130-170 FPS while swinging max speed depending on the area in the city.
9900k @ 4.9, 32gb ram, 4070 ti. I'm running 1440p, and everything on very high, but turned off ray trace shadows due to visual glitches and performance, but other ray tracing to high, reflections to 8, no ray construction, but enabled dlss frame gen and dlss quality mode (i set it to 0.85 though with the new driver options), and dlss swapped to the new 3.10.2 versions. My GPU is 95-99% load and CPU 40-60%.

I see 60-80fps in heaviest places and up to 156fps indoors. That said, I get the occasional crash after hours of play that seems memory related like the vram overflowing finally kills it. Reloading i'm always right exactly where i just was so no issues resuming.

Smooth and snappy and having alot of fun. render latency sits around 17-18ms with reflex on which seems normal from other games i've played.
