Voices out of sync, T-pose cinematics

The voices in the cinemas are very out of sync and the cinemas have a tendency to constant fps jumps, many of the cinemas have characters in t-pose, it is unfortunate the state the game is currently in.

For reference I have a rtx 4060, 16GB ram, ryzen 5 5600X, graphics settings on medium.

Following. Same issue here

In my case, I upgraded to an SSD and that fixed it because when trying to load textures to my 2K monitor all those bugs occurred, with more reading speed it was solved
