Report a translation problem
As bad as it sounds, the lack of fully crashing is better than most at this point. If I had to armchair without knowing anything about the full setup and settings and resolution being played, a lot seems to be around using ray reconstruction. Having that option off seems to lessen crash frequency but there's plenty of things that still cause gpu hangs and I've had your exact experience as well without full crashing. Its like the experience alt tabs to the desktop and you hear the game continuing and expect a crash but it sorts itself out.

I've not experienced any of those problems then again I did not update to the latest Nvidia driver, I am currently on version 566.36.
Yeah I am going to take a pause and wait on the updated drivers to see if that help. I believe I have tried everything but reinstalling my whole computer which I am not doing. This is the only game I am having issues with.
