I can't skip or fast forward if I alt+tab it pauses them and if I alt+F4 then com back in and continue it restarts them from the beginning why? I am missing something in order to be able to skip them?

Yeah it's long as hell, but it's to make you see the "Final Chapter" with doctor octavius. You can skip once the cut scene goes from the art styled one to the black screen one with all the different language VA and other stuff like that.

Well if you watched the final scene it pretty much sets up Norman becoming Green Goblin, and him and doc octavius teaming up. Should be the main villains in next game! But yeah, it's long.
