Can't progress past Lizard fight. [SPOILERS]

I'm on the Lizard boss battle. When I get to the bit where the Lizard destroys the T-Rex skeleton, the cut scene glitches, and I spawn underneath the floor. Anyone got a fix for it?

Right after I posted this, I figured it out. If you glide under the map for a few seconds, and THEN restart last checkpoint, you'll come back in the city, after the cutscene.
