Can't take Photo Ops

Unable to take photo ops, I can open the camera and aim but the take photo button does nothing?
using Keyboard+Mouse controls

I had that issue with the Radio City Music Hall photo op and just gave up. I've been able to take every other picture I've found except that one.

Same here. I press the "E" button and nothing happens.

I wasn't able to take the Radio City Music Hall photo as Miles, so I went off, did some missions and came back as Peter. It worked for me then.
