Kraven's power

Recently saw the Scorpion vs Kraven fight. I know he's tougher than most humans, but was Kraven always this strong? What's his vest made of that he could tank getting stabbed by Gargan's stinger?

Yes. After ingesting Calypso's magic potion he became superhuman. So he has the classic brick powerhouse suite. Superhuman strenght, stamina, reflexes, etc.

He is a good match for Spidey who also has such powers.

Scorpion also has powers so its mostly that Kraven is the "antagonist" of this game so he has some plot armor that Scorpion doesn't as he is almost always a jobber.

Since he tested weapons against a replica of scorpions armor.. I'm assuming he also created something making him resistant to scorpions poison.

Kraven sucks, always has, always will. A lame try hard tarzan. I would call it plot armor that he is even still around (kinda).

I wish they would tap into the more complex villains that are actually terrifying (with cool powers). Marvel has many to choose from.
