UI glitch

Hey all for some reason I have been dealing with this random screen glitch where at the bottom of the screen the move cursor, rotate, and zoom will not go away. Anyone else deal with this? And if so how did you get rid of it, because I will just be swinging around in free roam and it is so annoying see this at the bottom of my screen. Thank ya thank ya

UPDATE, So the only thing I know to have "fixed" it was uninstalling the game. Then when I played it again it went away, but as I am saying this the same thing happened. But this is the only fix I know yall.

Instead of uninstalling the game, you can get into a crime scene and fight someone or do some side quests that appears around the city like EMF, PROWLER or PHOTO OPS. It helped me

I am currently having the same issue but I am unsure how to report the bug. It appeared when I did a Hunter Blind, and then went away when I completed another. I started to leave and it came back again. Turning the game off and on doesn't seem to solve it either.

This has just started for me now. I was able to get rid of it by reloading last checkpoint but that's not working anymore.

I also got this bug, had it for a while, currently looking for an answer and well......sadly there's nothing, OTHER THAN the quickest way to make it go away is to do a quick save, quit to menu, then reload
