My specs aren't as good as yours (7950X, 4070 Super, 64GB DDR5) and the game runs great for me as long as I don't use Ray Reconstruction for the moment.
Please turn off undervolting and MSI Afterburner and let me know if that is working.
I don’t recommend to use Frame Generation and new DLSS. Just use regular one. That new DLSS it’s not even issue for Spider-Man 2 only. I tried cyberpunk after the newest update with that new Nvidia features and it doesn’t work well. Spider-Man 2 just got release on PC with a bad timing. New GPUs and new features with it don’t help a lot.
