How does it run on AMD GPUs?

RX570 here. Had zero issues on SM & SM: MM. I've managed to run the game in 1080p all low at like 40fps but then I get that DEVICE_HUNG issue everyone's getting.

Lol, all bad reviews are those w/ AMD/Ryzen crap, Intel/Nvidia rocks the hizzau in this game as long as the person's rig is properly maintained, which sadly we all know isn't the case for the people that game nowadays... :(

yep intel and nvidia have always been better than AMD

I have a 7800XT and it runs excellent honestly. Avg over 100 fps, 1440p high settings with FSR quality! I'm using latest optional drivers for this game 25.1.1

Okay for the most part. Most common problem I got was some visual glitches but it wasn't too bad. I've had two crashes so far but after rebooting the game everything was fine. I play on 4K (using Radeon Super Resolution) and FPS ranges from 80 - 120 (frame gen on).

Oddly enough, for me it runs better on 4K than it does 1440p.

My specs:

GPU: RX 7900 XT

CPU: 5700X3D

RAM: 32 GB

I mean maybe we have different filters set but all I see are people with 3080s, 4080s, 4070s, all nvidea. Haven’t seen a single review of someone with an AMD GPU.

I’ve only played with Vsync, FSR 3, and frame gen enabled so far, but I’ve had a consistent and steady 100 fps.
1080p, All high settings (excluding crowds, which are on low) with ray tracing disabled.
5600x
6700xt
32gb DDR4-3200

No crashes to report either!

Runs well, have a 7600XT and 5800X3D, 32Gb RAM on Linux. Runs even better on my main rig, a 7800XT and 9800X3D with 32Gb RAM.

There seems to be a Linux Proton issue where the water reflections and eye reflections glitter unnaturally, but I’m sure that’ll get fixed soon. Getting solid FPS (7600XT around 60 on High with some ray tracing at 1440p, and upwards of 90fps on the 7800XT in 4K)

The PS5 running on AMD hardware too may explain why it runs so well?or, shock and horror, has the Linux gaming experience surpassed the Windows one in some games?

Eye reflections glitter unnaturally on Windows too, not a Linux thing.

Running it on a 7900XTX maxed out at 3440x1440, RT maxed out aswell, And it's smooth as butter.
