Hello, I just wanted to thank you for your post because I also have an RX7600 gpu, my system specs are different on the cpu front. I have a Ryzen 7600 and the RX7600 with 32Gb DDR5 @6400mhz and a 1Tb Samsung 990 PRO NVME SSD as well as a 2Tb Samsung usb c SSD. The game runs amazingly for me at 1080p High settings with FSR3 set to Quality and Frame Generation on. I get over 100FPS most of the time and at the lowest in a rough load spot may drop to the mid 70s but it remains smooth all the time. The issue that I am having that your post harkins to is that the game will just turn my computer off seemingly for no reason. I have tested many games on this system and I can run anything I throw at it with high frame rates and yet this is the only game shutting my system down. I would like to argue against most of the posts I see regarding this issue because a lot of them are downright silly. First people say "Oh your system needs a new PSU or the components must be degraded, it is a hardware issue or the AMD gpu bug that overclocks it randomly shutting the system down..." First off I have a brand new computer, I have had it for 3 days and my hardware is fine.. more than fine I would say considering the type of performance im getting in every game I play. My psu is more than enough to power my hardware, I upgraded to a faster nvme than what the computer came with, I even replaced the single dimm ddr5 6000mhz stick of ram with dual channel corsair 6400mhz memory in dual channel. My ssd has read and right speeds higher than any drive I have used so I do not think in my case or a lot of peoples from what I read on here that it is a damn hardware issue. These forum posts are full of elitists flexing specs but come on nobody cares that someone spent 3000 dollars on a computer, especially when you will find people talking about their monster rigs also shutting off in this game. As for the amd gpu bug there is one fella in these discussions saying it is only for high end amd gpus and to that I say the game just sucks. If this was an AMD or hardware issue then why would people with 1000watt psus and 4090's be experiencing the same issue. People from all walks of the computer spectrum have experienced their systems shutting down. They need to fix it and this is acceptable. I have not found a single fix or recommendation from anythat prevents the game from shutting down my computer, I monitored temps and nothing in my system ever goes above 80c which is about where all of my air cooled pc's end up temp wise. I appreciate your post because it does not contain any of the cringe I see from anybody else and the guy that responded to you is something else, the ryzen 3600x cpu may be older but its not old by any means. Computers at this point age differently than they did back in the day because we have achieved a level of diminishing returns that did not exist before. I am sorry to hear your game is also having the issue mine is, if you ever find a fix and could share I would appreciate it because it is frustrating. Hopefully the game gets another patch to address the issue. Oh and I forgot to mention I even clean installed windows after installing the new hardware and did it with a rufus usb created drive with no online account and minimal bloat. Most of the cringe windows stuff has been disabled and doing this did make the game run much better overall, matter of fact all of my games on the install of windows that came with this computer had been freezing and having issues so that is freakin cool. Thanks in advance and hopefully it works out soon because it really is a game a Spider-Man fan can appreciate in many ways!

The cpu is for sure a little older but by no means bad, also the RX7600 can run the game extremely well with my setup but that does not prevent the game from shutting off my computer. Really hope the devs fix this mess.
if it is crashing, turn off ray construction and DLSS Frame Gen, use AMD FSR Frame Gen for the time being to prevent/ reduce crashes, i did this and the game runs good for me.
oh yeah i just started up and the game just crashed too. Nixxes, STOP RUSHING RELEASES AND PUTTING OUT BAD PRODUCT YOU DOPES!
