PC just turns off when playing for a while
I'm running RX 7600 XT and Ryzen 7 5700X. When playing the game for a while my PC just turns off without any blue screen or crash reports.
My temps are high when running the game but not to the point of overheating (hotspot peak at 95C or something like that, maximum operation temp is 110C). And my PSU should be just fine with 550W, recommended is 400W.
I updated to the beta drivers which did extend the time I could play, so that just fortifies my thought that this is a game issue. This is so weird because the game runs so well, I'm getting consistent 60+ fps on 1440p. No other game causes anything remotely similar either.

Anybody else have the same thing or just crashes for you? Any solutions to this?
Troubleshooting this is kinda frustrating because rebooting takes time and I don't think constant sudden shutdowns are healthy for any PC.

Kernel Power Issue, Your PSU is not enough for you CPU+GPU Configuration, your PSU is Triggering either OCP or any form of protection.
Change PSU.

On Seasonic Website, just the GPU & CPU say it require 450Watts PSU, i let you guess for the reste of the configuration.

According to multiple calculators my recommended PSU wattage is 400-500 as a whole, 550W is completely fine.
It's either power supply not supplying enough power, overheating, or both. The temps you are reporting are definitely much too high. "Watts" is not a good method for measuring a power supply. The ONLY thing you should be looking at is 12V amps, the number of rails, and making sure you aren't overloading a rail. There are cheap PSU's that pad the wattage number with 5V which is useless in modern PC's.

Literally newest gen AMD GPU and only 2 year old CPU bought last year. You wish it was that easy.

Ignore that dude, he's trolling every thread with the same thing. Your issue has nothing to do with hardware age or performance, it's either overheating, power supply not consistently supplying enough, or both.

It's just really odd that literally no other game has ever done this. That's why I really don't want to blame the PSU when many calculators also say that mine's enough.

Try the Seasonic ones, you will have your answer.

IDK what your deal with the seasonic calculator is but went and checked anyway, it says I need 454W.
Are you overclocking?
Having the exact same problems
i have a Rx 7600 and ryzen 5 5600X and have 650W

feels like a PSU problem
Here too, I use a 4080, and if I just turn on HDR, whatever the setting, my computer restarts when I start the game.
If I put RT on, after a few minutes the PC restarts too. Waiting for an update, here my Windows has already been corrupted because of this game.
Ignore anyone who says your problem is your hardware, just look at the tons of topics reporting crash issues.
I have a 4080 and a 1200w PSU and my PC keeps restarting if I enable HDR and RT when playing in 4k.
The problem is in the game, no other game causes this.
PC restarting might be a heat issue.

You might have had that issue for quite some time, but no game has taxed your system enough to reveal it until now.
