Visual effects?
the setting tab for them doesen't show up in settings?

100% This. I've been looking for how to find the comic SFX and the Spider-Verse animations and stuff but they don't appear to be accessible anywhere. The Graphics settings menu holds all of the OTHER stuff found in the Visual tab usually but the effects settings are not there.

seems like they forgot to put it in the game SOMEHOW.
