About Pre-order bonus
I know the game wasn't even available for pre-order yet they had pre-order bonus listed on the store page before you can even purchase it.
So where it went?

I don't think there was pre-order bonus, just digital deluxe edition bonus. Maybe it was just misprinted.

They changed it to PC perks, it says this on the Steam page:

Deluxe Edition includes:

5 exclusive suits for Peter
5 Exclusive suits for Miles
Additional Photo Mode items
+2 Skill Points

All PC Purchase Perks:
Arachknight Suit early unlock for Peter with three colour variants
Shadow-Spider Suit early unlock for Miles with three colour variants
Web Grabber gadget early unlock
+3 additional Skill Points

The "All PC Purchase Perks" is formally the bonus preorder perks, all the same stuff.
