at this point Nixxies should reckon both the specifications are wrong and the port is completely botched, avx2 seems like a larger irrelevancy considering that 4080s GPUS are struggling to game as it is

No FIX in in the future?
The Uncharted developers also said that the game would not work on old PCs, but they released a FIX exe a week later and the game worked perfectly even on HIGH settings. The game is not much different from the first part, the first part works for me on HIGH settings, and here the requirement AVX2.

not to mention that this game works on an engine that is more or less the same as the first game, turns out Miles Morales runs on the far more advanced engine since Miles Morales as a project was opened a year or two after MSM2, and guess what, that game isnt asking for AVX2

AVX2 requirement was not mentioned in min. requirements. I am expecting to provide a Fix by the studio. They should make it run on older PC which is quite a big community on Steam. Probably they compiled PS5 version to PC and deployed it. It is quite a fail to not make it mandatory and CPU check before payment. If there is no patch promised I am going to ask refund my purchase.
