"Show Me New York" Softlock

I got to this mission and when I open the Camera it says, "Subject Obscured" and no picture I take allows me to progress. When I open and close the Camera a few times it tells me I unlocked the 2099 suit but that is it. I have the Deluxe Edition if that matters.

Sadly this did not work for me either, im stilling sitting ontop of a watertower trying to take the picture of the frisbee people. with the camera saying subject obscurred. :)

Try put the graphics very low and restart the mission

wanna update everyone found a way past it for me. turn off DLSS and frame gen. I have no clue how but they lower frame rate for me currently and also make the game look worse as you'd expect. not sure whats breaking it but i was getting patchy performance with DLSS and frame gen on with low settings but now they are off im running the game on very high 60fps no problems whatsoever

it just wont let me take the picture nomatter what i set my graphics to or reset or anything. besides this game has ran beautiful

It’s not working for me I put everything low still not working I just got this game and I can’t even play it through now.

Yes that worked, i just dont do the photo missions afterwards.

1. go to documents
2. spiderman 2
3. click on the folder with random numbers
4. remove ur previous save files
5. put these files in

I found a fix for me and it was:
Turn off frame generation
The close the game
Idk if you need too but I used steam to check if all of the files are validated
Then open the game and go back to the save and it should give you the correct prompt to open the map then allow you to move

I haven't found a way around it by actually fixing it, but someone did share a save file with me in another thread that is saved the moment the picture is uploaded so you can actually play, I'm literally playing it right now and can confirm it works.
