This game optimization is so bad
Im running on max graphics presentation with the ray traicing off and using 1080p resolution, while only getting around 70 fps with these specs:

AMD Ryzen 5700X3D
16 GB RAM
2TB SSD
RX 7800 XT

Theres alot of mouse lag when i look around, the fps drops alot when i spin my camera around quickly, alot of blurryness, and I'm using the AMD SM2 Driver, this is looking very similar to the launch of The Last Of Us Part 1 launch day on PC.

Update: Now its dropping to 50-60s.

Check pcie speed link on gpuz while gaming in windowed screen. It must x16 4.0 to run properly for this game. If not try clean it the pcie gpu pin

The game still suffers horrific memory leak when enabling DLSS Ray Reconstruction. I don't know why it consumes too much VRAM and RAM but it just continues to drop my fps all the way down to 2 fps which made the game unplayable. Yes, I already submitted a ticket and they will continue to investigate the root cause of memory leaks, game crash, lights and objects flickering, etc.
Ryzen 7 7700x
RTX 4060TI
32gb ddr4 ram
all settings on high apart from shadows, DLSS on quality with frame gen = 130fps in combat & about 110fps swinging through the city

and friend and I both tried this game on 2 machines. Mine which is a an RX 7700 XT, and hers which is an RTX 3060ti

The RTX 3060 ran great despite being the weaker GPU. I'm at a total loss. The only thing I can think of is that the game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ on non Nvidia GPUs

dude be happy you can go above 30 fps. I'm on a steam deck at the lowest possible settings and it struggles to keep 30. It looks like a damn early ps3 game on the steam deck and runs like a ps1 game

Max Settings, RT Off, AMD FSR3.1 Frame Gen Enabled

I'm hitting about 170FPS - 180FPS with my system, frame gen has been pretty good, I haven't personally noticed anything odd unless I enabled RT (game even crashed), so, I just left that turned off and haven't had ANY issues since. Game looks sharp, textures are amazing, I'm pretty happy with it a little over a week later. I've already dropped 12.4hrs into it so far and plan to add many more!

(Edit: Radeon Software has recorded my average FPS at 194.6 fps so far)

I'm a bit surprised, on a ROG Ally X it runs only solid 50 fps (on Bazzite + 17W mode). Of course it's with low settings but on a such small screen it remains enjoyable.

Try out to use XeSS high-Quality in combination wirth FSR 3.1 FrameGen without Raytracing. I play it most time smooth with 70 - 180 fps on a Ryzen 5700x, RX 6750XT, 32 GB RAM, Windows 11 (Adrenalin 25.1.1). Of course only in 1080p, but with very high settings.
