This game optimization is so bad

Im running on max graphics presentation with the ray traicing off and using 1080p resolution, while only getting around 70 fps with these specs:

AMD Ryzen 5700X3D
16 GB RAM
2TB SSD
RX 7800 XT

Theres alot of mouse lag when i look around, the fps drops alot when i spin my camera around quickly, alot of blurryness, and I'm using the AMD SM2 Driver, this is looking very similar to the launch of The Last Of Us Part 1 launch day on PC.

Update: Now its dropping to 50-60s.

RX 6750 XT
Installed on nvme ssd
Playing on 1440p Medium to High Presets, no raytracing. No FSR.

Getting 58-80 FPS. Even the cutscenes are stuck on 58 FPS. I used to get 100-120 FPS in Spiderman Remastered and Miles Morales. I am seriously considering getting a refund.

I found out how to stop the FPS drops when spinning your camera around quickly: use a gamepad. That's what solved that issue for me.

yup random crashes here too: 4080 super, ryzen 7 9800x3d. game runs fine only random crashes

Do you have big fps drops and movement lag when you look around like i do? i have over 100 fps aswell if i toggle fsr 3.1 and frame gen on, but it shouldnt be needed for the rig i have.

Interesting no I'm not getting that at all. I played some more last night through the RAFT boat mission and it was preforming great. I also have v-sync on, and nvida low latency on. If NLL is on try turning that on/off see if that changes anything?

*Edit* Yeah i thought i wouldn't need frame gen too but its revived my 3080 in some of the newer titles. In games like Stalker 2, Indiana Jones, SW Outlaws etc. it not only lets me raise the quality to max is some cases but also the frame rate is a solid 100+. And since Nvida seems like they gave up on FG and features for 30 series cards I'm glad AMD is there to pick up some slack.

7900 xt here i noticed the frame rate droping using the mouse if you move it fast fps drops , also seems like fsr does nothing i got same fps with it and without it so yeah no idea what happen here.

Same here, only the frame gen increases it.

sorry but whats bad to ur cpu paired with this gpu. all problems hapens bczo your cpu is too weak for that graphic card

but others don't have such problems, and by the way I play on an ultra-wide monitor, can this somehow affect the lag of cutscenes

Because some people dont notice/care about those problems, or they just use different graphic settings.

Well i just got how to fixed because i had 2 system 3080 & 3080 ti. The problem was 3080 ti check link pcie speed only run at x2 4.0, then i cleaning the pci pin with eraser now the game run high fps. Not drop too 30fps area anymore
