PCWARNING_MISSINGFILE and won't launch
GREAT PORT YOU'VE GOT THERE, NIXXES, it literally won't launch.

I've already tried using DDU+latest drivers from the Nvidia website, and reinstalling the game but nothing.

Dunno whether reinstalling it a third time or putting it in the C drive helped but now it launches.

Even though all of my storage devices are SSDs, but whatever.

Nope... your AV is at fault here. disable it. SM2 is triggering some people's AV and the Anti Virus is nuking the files.

Disable it or whitelist the entire steam install folder.

This has never happened in my life and I'm using the bundled in Windows Defender? Not to mention it would have notified me if a file had been deleted.

If anything this feels like an incomplete download the first two times or a server issue.
