I have a 4090 and was crashing every time in sand man and right when it gets passed off to Miles. I crashed at the end of my stream last night BreezzersGaming @ YT
Dunno. You can find threads upon threads of people reporting the exact same type of crash across these three games. Though they're much rarer in the former two Spidey games after many patches.

It seems more stable for me, at least in the sense that I didn’t experience a crash for the 30 or so minutes I played.
I was using maxed out settings at 1440p with RT set to Ultimate but the draw distance dropped from 10 to 9. I also had DLSS set to quality and FSR frame gen enabled (not DLSS frame gen). Ray reconstruction was turned off as it looks awful in this game (lots of visual noise in hair and on faces).
Game seems to run better with FSR frame gen but it doesn’t look anywhere near as good as DLSS frame gen in motion but if it helps with stability then I’ll take it!
The game realy needs another Hotfix.
Turn off ray tracing completely and just play the game normally
