PC Specs to Run
I plan on playing the game at 1080P at High with the next specs but i wanna hear others opinions , what ya think?

i9 11900K
32 GB of RAM
RTX 3060 Ti

I think you have nothing to worry about. In any case, turn on dlss(balanced or quality) and you will be able to play with very high settings.

at 1080? You could run Rhino over with that rig.

PC Specs : I5-12600KF (10/16) + 16 GB RAM + RX 7800 XT 16GB GDDR6 on RES : 1080p, in Game : "Marvel's Spider Man 2" on PC, it will be probably : Ultra High too.

i played spiderman 1 and miles morales at very high graphics and very high ray tracing 1440p with FSR. Now with FSR3 perfomance is higher eve on the same graphics card/
I will play it aso maxed 1440p 60 fps when iplay it(very high graphics very hgih ray tracing and FSR 3.1)
