Yes, they have a preorder offer on the store page, but the game releases in 3 days - like how many preorders could it possibly sell in the preorder window time frame ?
Sure, the game will sell a lot after it releases, but for the actual remaining preorder window time frame... most games open preorders like weeks even months before release.
I also would preorder it if they'd open them up, but not really sure it even has any sense for them to do so at this point.

No, i don't think that is the case - remember NIXXES are pretty amazing at doing PC ports, in fact after Id Software like i would say they are the next best in terms of PC versions.
Also the game won't be that demanding since it's not even that big of an improvement over SPIDERMAN 1 - my bet is it will runs the same as that one, but it will feature stuff like RT and DLSS.
PS5s operate on gen 4 SSDs at read speed of at least 5,500MB/s.
