...same with that deluxe edition. No additional playable content, a couple of shortcuts that would be considered p2w in any other scenarios and.... some skins? The skins I almost kinda get, it's nice to be able to experiment with visuals and pick your favorite suits, but for extra 10-20 bucks? No thanks. As to skill points and gadgets, hell just play the game a little and you get them anyways.
At this point the only reason to pre-order would be possible pre-load or "just to have it asap"

It wouldn't be exactly new if preorder bonuses would be available within the first week of release.

Maybe it should be because the game will possibly feature DLSS 4 on launch.

They wouldn't have to withhold preorders nor system requirements for that.

DLSS 4 changes almost nothing in that aspect.

actually there is not its just early access to the suits before you can get them in game the only thing extra you get is from the deluxe edition which comes with 10 exclusive suits you can only get with the deluxe version of the game you cant otherwise get.
