For those who wonders what are PC requirements
Don't expect much more higher Recommended specs listed than Miles Morales has. Maybe slightly more powerful CPU due to faster traversal than it was before and more SSD storage. Idk what is this panic all about. You know port will be good, as well as we've experienced with two previous ones. Games aren't much different from one another. Same engine, same city, just more content and gameplay mechanics.

Agreed, but I'm more concerned about the potential delay. Hopefully we'll get the game in time

2 is built for ps5 only, no ps4 edition. And it forces ray tracing. I don't see the system requirements being the same, but couldn't say just how much higher they would be. As for not panicking, they make it kinda difficult when we are 6 days out with no info. Doom, Assassins Creed Shadows got their info months in advance, so there is no reason to believe that insomniac/sony don't know the reqs yet.

I am also assuming delay, but then why not just tell us? Why leave it to the last minute?

Miles Morales was also ps5 only, but I see your point on raytracing. It's not heavy though in their games.
The Indiana Jones game has in the specs that an intel core i7 10th generation processor is the minimun, however I have an 8th generation processor. I was able to play the whole game with almost no issues. I really thought I was not going to be able to play the game because of the specs. My graphics card is Nvidia RTX 2080.
So even if I want to know the specs, I'm not sure I trust them.

Miles was on ps4 as well

if the game was to be delayed it would be mentioned already by now. we are only 2 days away. My guess is they want to create as less of a scene as possible given that they are also introducing the much controversial choice of forcing the PS network sign in which i personally dont have a problem with myself. This is just a guess on my part obviously so i stand to be corrected but looking at the hatred since they started announcing this in previous games like ghost and horizon forbidden west. you just never know
And a more powerfull GPU because of the NVMe <-> GPU Data Streaming.

The problem here might lie in the minimum requirements. Depending on what engine exactly and features they will use this can render the game unsupported for some hardware.
Similar to for example Final Fantasy Rebirth, where you need a minimum card that is supporting mesh shaders or for example a CPU supporting AVX2.

Reqs are similar to MM. You can validate this with the 'alternative' version available on the net. It's easy to get and test. That ver is 'unoptimized' as well so if that ver runs well, then the 'official' port will be just fine.
