Is this game already in a decent enough state that it can be purchased or is it still a buggy and broken game?

I only have 13 hours on it, but it's a far cry from where it was at release. I played over an hour yesterday with zero issues.

keeps crashing every 20 minutes, 5080 and 9800x3d, doesnt matter how config i use.

This game runs horribly compared to the first game, even on an NVMe drive. I have a 5090 and it runs like garbage.
