low fps on 5070
system: rtx 5070, ryzen 9600x, 32 GB RAM.
20 fps in the menu
10-20 fps in the game
30 fps with frame generation)))
If you set low settings, there will be 30 fps in native and 40-45 fps with generation
I changed the drivers - it does not help.
This is the only game where my computer behaves like this, in other games everything works great on ultra in 1440.
Is this fixable?)

game dont work good with 50 series. I have 5080, and the game freezes at random times :/ features like smooth motion (MFG x2) dont work. Rendering 40 fps in menu, while disabled, running 170-220 on 5080

Yes, but there are tests on YouTube where new video cards work fine in this game. + no matter what I do, the fps doesn't change, these are not freezes or short-term lags, this low fps is constant
go to game folder, remove dstorage.dll and dstoragecore.dll from the folder, place anywhere else, see the magic on your 5070

I just "upgraded" from a 4060 to a 5070 and the 4060 I could run it while streaming movies in the other window and have great fps while DLSS and Frame Gen were on.

Now it bugging and glitchy as soon as you start the game, and crashes with the "driver/GPU overheat" message if you start swinging around. I can't have DLSS on with anything but DLAA now for some reason. I can turn it to TAA with DLSS off but as soon as you turn on DLSS it reverts to DLAA and can't be clicked.

Every other game (of many) runs amazingly and beyond my expectations. Except ironically the game that used to run better than many of the others.

And I reinstalled drivers and the game. Deleted the documents game directory etc and checked Nvidia app. I've checked to make sure windows isn't trying to upgrade the games graphics.

i7 12k, 32gigddr5, nvme ssd, 5070 via Gigabyte. Win 11.

have a similar issue, though my computer is much weaker. i suspect they did something that made it so that the requirements actually went up.

In playing around post patch, I tried turning motion blur down to zero and it seemed to make a difference. If RT is off it seems stable but under performing my previous 4060 by lot.

This being with a 5070. DLSS on performance and frame gen on.
Again, for whatever reason, DLAA is the only option it gives while DLSS is on.
Edit: Ahhh, lasted a while but crashed out during my third fight swinging round the city.
