EMF EXPERIMENT BUGGED

Hey guys when i was clearing the hunter blinds at financial district emf point just popped up and gone afterward it hasn't been shown again i restarted the game loaded my latest save but it didn't work my current mission was 'no escape' i haven't done it yet but i don't know if i can clear the emf point out if someone can help me i would be appreciated
