Miles got super powers that don't have ♥♥♥♥ to do with a spider lmao, and its effective against Sand man's attributes
We must have played different games.
I get its all a setup for explaining each others powers.
What grinds me is Spider-Men is the senior of the two.
But they made him look like the chum vs Miles the better of the two.
Lets do a comparison.
I expect a Veteran Seal Team Six member to be better and less mistake prone and more reliable then a green horn seal member not assigned to any teams yet. Which I my mind Miles is he's the Student where Peter is the teacher. Now becoming a Seal is no easy feat, neither is becoming hero like Miles Journey. But your not the seasoned Avenger affiliated fighter yet either your still green behind the ears so to say.
Yet it was Miles through out the story needing to safe Peter.
And I get that the Symbiote changes personalities and that's the big issues why Miles needed to safe Peter. Hence I picked the Sand Man fight because its even playing fields
But it would have made way more sense if Peter would have saved Miles and teached way more. Miles drowning in the quick sand instead of Peter. "You have to be more careful miles, Clint is no ordinarily Thug.
Apparently so, Peter saves miles when he freaks out seeing LI, and he saves him again when he has the black suit from the lizard
Robin saved Batman in Arkham City, that's what side kicks do, you must be new to this superhero thing
The difference with your Batman sidekick comparison is that Batman was never made to look incompetent. Something regularly happens in this game.
I'm fine if Kartos his son saves Kratos from time to time. But not if Kratos is made out to be a punk that needs regular saving from far more inexperienced son every few minutes.
Spider-Man was way more incompetent in Spider-Man 2, then he was in his own original game. Where he was already a settled hero. Taking down the King Ping, dealing with his version of Sinister Six and Sable and working with the police as the cities hero.
