Mods I hope to see when this game comes out

I hope when this game releases, we get a playable venom mod with web swinging as an additional move for him and such. Expanding on that brief time we played as him.
Tldr; a full expanded playable venom mod.

A mod to fix the look of MJ to her first game counterpart. At first I heard it was because of a woke writer self insert then I got torn to shreds in the Insomniac modding discord (go figure lol) aftee they said she looked normal and that people need to “stop being weird.” Its not even that. I just preferred the way she looked in the first game. They said the mocap actress had a broken jaw doing the stuff and thats why she looks… strange but idk what it is. All I’d like is a mod for the older face look of SM1.

Removing some of the DEI stuff in the game like the middle east version has it. I get some people are into that sorta thing, I am not myself. I’m not gonna go attacking anyone for supporting that stuff so I’d rather not have a war started here for that.

That WOS Traversal mod from the first game to have a new iteration for this game would be sick




Thats really it though. In terms of what I’d wish for most and least this is it:

1. Venom. An Open world expanded playable venom mod to replace peter would be phenomenal. This isnt just a swap with peters model n stuff. But like actually being able to play as him in most story mode or open world. If story isnt allowed then atleast open world WITH added web swinging.
2. WOS traversal sick as hell with the physics!
3. DEI removal. Would be nice but I wouldnt hold hope for it.
4. MJ face change. As much as I dont like it. I wont be seeing that face post game atleast.
The biggest one I personally care for is the Venom one. But yeah.
Hopefully we get that venom mod!
