All companies do this, more sales in the same years, more value on the stock market. Starting 2025 with 2 big ports (spiderman 2, the last of us part2 remastered) is great for playstation, any port of console games to pc is profitable, it also allows sony to start 2025 strong in their fight against xbox.

There is no early access to the game in the list,you just get the skins and one ability right when you launch the game, other players will have to spend some time in the game to get them. This way, the developers have free rein and can launch pre-orders even a week before the release.

Taxes.
Why do taxes need to be filed that time of year? Because it is historically the busiest time of year for people and tax filing companies lobbied the government to make them do it then so more people wouldn't have time to do it themselves and would need to pay someone else to do it.
That's why the fiscal year is april-march

Ok but why can’t we repurchase yet? What’s the issue? Is it red tape? Is there some legal dispute between platforms?
