Complete EMF missions to unlock suit

I 100% the map but it's saying complete all EMF missions to unlock suit. Is there a fix to this bug?

Oh it unlocks after finishing the story? Then i haven't finished it yet. Weird that it doesn't say so in the game, thought it was bugged.
