Launcher crash

Now my game won't get past the launcher. any idea on how to fix?. Yes i did update my NVIDIA

if you have mods installed in the game, everytime the game updates you have to do a "toc reset"
1) delete 'toc' and 'toc.BAK' from game's folder;
2) on steam go right click on the game and go to properties, and verify game files — that will download fresh 'toc';
3) install mods again as usual — that'll copy fresh 'toc' into 'toc.BAK'.

if you dont have any mods installed, then just do the verify game files procedure and once its done it should let you open the game

No mods and I did the verify game files. Still nothing
