what do you mean? iam in SEA and i can see the steam store page no pb. Does it says region lock for you?

Your country have psn. In SEA only cambodia and philippines have region lock.

The game supports Arabic language (full audio not just UI & subs) and I can't purchase it from Egypt
A lot of Arabic speaking countries are not PSN supported so "This item is currently unavailable in your region" for us
