Yet Sony will happily sell consoles and offer PSN server status pages in many of those regions, they just won't officially add them to the country list when you actually sign up.
This is the case with Serbia, where they sell consoles through licensed retailers, and have a PSN server status page *in Serbian*. But you can't pick Serbia when you sign up, so that means there are 0 ways to buy their games on PC. Even though you can buy those same games on PS5 in the same country. It's a whole circus.
