From my guide, page 28, "This is only really available after you have completely fill the G.A.I.A. and ended the game. You can get the women pregnant before, by they won’t show until the end. Prior to the end of the game, you can replace their birth control pills by going into their bathroom and clicking on the bottle. You will be given a pregnancy status at the end of the game." and "After the game is over you can change their status using the same method, but you will notice that the options have changed. The change is immediate. The next time you see the woman, she will be pregnant."
